DATA PROTECTION
Your personal details will not be passed on or sold to any other company in accordance with our company policy and the Data Protection Act.
PRICING
All prices on Glass Mirror House Ltd. include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges. On occasions we may have promotional offers. We offer free delivery on orders over £500 and free fixing options, other than these offers, delivery charges are added to your basket when items are added. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on Glass Mirror House Ltd. at our discretion at any time.
ORDERING TERMS
Your order may be changed at any time up until payment is received as the manufacturing process will then begin. If you do need to make a amendment to your order we can charge £20 to change this.You should be aware that with all toughened glass products, there is a 2mm to 3mm tolerance each side and top and bottom.So if your glass does not fit due to this reason we cannot be held accountable.
All our Coloured glass splashbacks are made by back spraying glass, in specifically manufactured coloured glass paint. If you intend to place a repeat order you should be aware that there may be a slight colour difference, for this reason we cannot guarantee that the colour will be the same. In these circumstances you should inform us before you order that you wish to match to a previous order and we can try to work with you to do that.
Please note that the colours displayed on our colour picker, website are only to be used as a guide. We do not use domestic household paint as these paints are not suitable for glass. We mix our own paint as close as we can get to their formula, so should you wish to be sure of the colour of the glass you will receive, it is strongly advisable to order a sample as we cannot guarantee that our paint will match other paint manufacturers. Please be careful when picking colours from a PC as all PC and tablets colours my look different to the actual colour.
Please confirm via email if you wish for us to deduct for socket sizes. You must email us within 12 hours if deductions need to be made for socket sizes.
If you wish to cancel your order within 12 hours you must do so in writing to our email address. A 25 percent deduction will be taken for glass wastage and processing fees as all orders are started instantly.
Discount codes cannot be applied after your order has been placed
Please note that, due to the bespoke nature of the product, on occasion there can be a delay arising from a quality issue or other unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to consider any claims of compensation for any such delays. if this happens we will do our best to keep the delay to a minimum. We will email you through tracking details as soon as it is ready to dispatch.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun or an image has been approved. In instances where goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will decide on a resolution (full refund/ partial refund/ remake item) on a case by case basis
**Please note that if delivery is missed we will not be liable for any damage or breakage caused to the parcel by the courier. It is therefore in your best interest to make sure that someone can receive delivery – the panels are toughened glass but are still easily damaged.
**Also note that once the parcel leaves ourselves you will be responsible for taking delivery of the parcel – if you have not received it within 3 days we would advise you call your local depot and check. If the courier attempts delivery and there is no-one home they will only hold it for a few days before returning the parcel to us – we would then have to charge a re-delivery fee to get the panel back to you. We will cover the safe delivery of the parcel to you up until the first delivery attempt.
Once the courier has attempted the first delivery to you, we will no longer be liable for any damages that may occur to the parcel whilst in the hands of the courier.
COLOUR MATCHING SERVICE
Please be aware if you’re matching a colour to your wall that the splashback colour may vary in colour to your wall.
PROVIDING YOUR OWN TEMPLATES
Should you wish to send us your own plywood templates please do so to the address found on your order confirmation. We will make your glass to the exact size and shape of your templates to an accuracy of 2mm. Please note that should you choose to send us your own templates you do so at your own risk, we will not be held liable for loss or damage of your templates in the factory or be held liable for any associated costs you may have incurred in getting your templates manufactured. The customer will also have to cover the delivery charges
.DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, your orders may not be cancelled once payment is received for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s own specification and measurements. However we reserve the right to make this decision as we may be able to issue a refund if the manufacturing process has not began (as mentioned above)
DELIVERY
Delivery prices quoted are mainland UK mainland only. However the following places incur additional delivery charges, N Ireland, Eire, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands. If a order is placed within these areas we will be in touch to quote an additional charge.We will contact you at least two days before your order is due for delivery and therefore if your order is placed on delivery and your unable to receive it we have the right to charge you to redeliver the parcel. If your parcel is placed on a Glass Mirror House Ltd. van we won’t package your parcel as we would if it was placed on a courier service as we are trained on how to handle and protect glass and this then reduces package waste.
The lead time of working days doesn’t include bank holiday’s and the Christmas Break up of the 18th to the 4th of January.
All panels currently have an estimated lead time of 10-20 working days.

PAYMENT
The total cost of your order including delivery will be detailed in your invoice. Payment may be made using Credit Debit cards, or bank transfer. We don’t accept American Express.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We use a nationwide delivery service, throughout the mainland. Please check your parcel for any visible signs of damage to the packaging of your order before signing for the delivery. Any items damaged in transit should be noted at time of delivery; if possible delivery should be refused and returned to us. Where no visible signs of damage is apparent, upon opening should any defect be apparent please contact us with the nature of the defect and if possible take a suitable photograph and email it to us. Please don’t discard the packaging, we will ask you to repackage and we will arrange collection. We reserve the right to repair any defects. If the glass has been fitted we are unable to offer any refund, replacement or compensation. If the splashbacks do not fit we cannot issue you a refund if the measurements match the measurements on your invoice, so please check your order prior to completing payment.
If any order is damaged during production or in transit we reserve the right to repair or replace the panel(s) rather than cancelling and refunding your purchase (due to the high cost of initially manufacturing the product).
Customers must make us aware within 12 hours if any parcel is damaged.
Please ensure that you have thoroughly checked your order before signing for it. Once signed for any claims made by you will be validated at our discretion and need to be raised with 12 hours of receipt. Where you have asked us to leave your order in a safe place at your premises or with a friend or neighbour, you do so at your own risk. We recommend that you have the friend or neighbour check your order on your behalf.
